Pick the features you want

Every feature is its own piece. Turn it on for your stores or leave it off. Try the switches below.

Time clock In the demo

Workers clock in and out from their phone, and only when they are at the store. (The demo pretends the phone's location.)

Fix a punch In the demo

Managers fix a missed clock-out or a wrong time. Every change keeps a note of who changed what.

Schedule and time off In the demo

See the week's shifts, change them, and answer time-off requests.

Employees In the demo

Add, edit and remove people. Pay shows only to the owner, never in the store app.

App link for each employee In the demo

Send each person their own link, with only the parts you chose. Turn it off any time.

Vendor contacts In the demo

Every vendor and sales rep in one place, with Call, Text and Email buttons.

Stores and bank accounts In the demo

Keep as many stores as you have. Only the last 4 digits of an account are kept.

Labor report In the demo

Hours and pay by store and by week.

Snap an invoice or check In the demo

Take a photo or pick a file and see it land in the books. The demo shows a sample reading.

Sales, lottery and EBT reports In the demo

Sales, lottery and EBT kept apart, with days worth a look. Type in a day and every report uses it.

Connect your bank In the demo

See deposits next to your sales and spot a short one. The demo uses a sample bank.

Store cameras In the demo

See your stores' cameras next to everything else. The demo shows sample pictures.

Spanish and Arabic In the demo

Each person picks the language they read. Notes people type can be translated.

Reads your real invoices and checks Coming soon

Send us your vendors' invoices and we teach the app to read them. The real reader comes next.

Real Clover, bank and camera connections Coming soon

Sales from Clover, your real bank and your real cameras. Not built yet.

Don't see what you need? Tell us. Features can be added, and any feature can be taken away.

How it works

Four steps, in plain words.

  1. Your people use their phones

Workers clock in, see their week and send in invoices and checks. Each person sees only what you chose for them.

  2. The app does the adding up

Every invoice and check lands in the books as money in or money out. Deposits are lined up next to your sales so a short one stands out.

  3. You see what needs you

Home shows yesterday's sales and a short list of things that need your answer: a time-off request, a missed clock-out, a short deposit.

  4. You change it any time

Need something new, or want something gone? We add it or take it away.

Why you can trust it

What the app does with your information, in plain words. This is how the demo works today. Anything that is not finished says Coming soon.

  • Only the last 4 digits

For a bank account or a check, the app keeps only the last 4 digits. If someone types a longer number, it asks them to shorten it.

  • Pay stays with the owner

Pay shows on the owner's Employees and Labor screens. The store app never shows it.

  • Each person sees only what you chose

You send each employee their own link with only the parts you picked. Turn a link off and it stops working.

  • Clock-ins are checked at the store

The app compares the phone's spot with the store's spot before it lets someone clock in. The demo pretends the location, because the sample stores are made up.

  • Every fix leaves a note

When a manager fixes a time, the app writes down who changed what, and when.

  • Your photo stays on your phone until you save

When you snap an invoice or check, the picture stays on your phone. Only the details you check and save are kept.

  • The bank link only looks

In the demo, connecting a bank is a sample and never asks for a login. The real connection is Coming soon, and it is meant to read deposits and payments only, never move money.

  • Locked storage: Coming soon

In the real app, saved photos and private details are meant to be stored scrambled (encrypted) with a key only the app holds, and each business's information is kept apart from every other business. The demo does not do this yet and holds only made-up numbers. The connection to the demo does use https, the lock in your browser.

  • We say what is not built

Reading your real invoices, real Clover sales, a real bank and real cameras are Coming soon. The demo uses made-up people and numbers, and you can reset it any time.
